Happiness enhance our overall wellbeing and quality of our life, we experience positive emotions , such as joy , contentment  and satisfaction it boost our physical health, improve our relationship and increase our productivity and creativity. Joy  is a lens through which we can view life as  positive even  when we experience negatives.

Happiness helps us to cope stress and difficult situations , making us more resilient and able to bounce back from challenges. It can give us a sense of purpose and meaning in life and motivate us to pursue our goals and aspirations.

Overall the purpose of happiness is to allow us to live a more fulfilling and satisfying life and to help us thrive both personally and socially.
